Semey: Waste Collection Fees
On approval of tariffs for the collection, removal, processing and disposal of municipal solid waste in the city of Semey
Decision of the Maslikhat of the city of Semey, East Kazakhstan region dated May 29, 2019 No. 38/265-VI. Registered by the Department of Justice of the East Kazakhstan region on June 11, 2019 No. 6008
In accordance with subparagraph 2) of Article 19-1 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2007, subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" by order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2016 No. 404 "On approval of the Methodology for calculating the tariff for the collection, removal, disposal, processing and disposal of municipal solid waste" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 14285), the Maslikhat of the city of Semey DECIDED:
1. Approve tariffs for the collection, removal, processing and disposal of municipal solid waste in the city of Semey, in accordance with the annex to this decision.
2. Recognize as invalid the following decisions:
1) decision of the Maslikhat of the city of Semey dated March 18, 2015 No. 38/211-V "On approval of tariffs for the collection, removal and disposal of solid domestic waste in the city of Semey" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 3862, published in newspapers " Semey tany", "Vesti Semey" April 21, 2015 No. 31);
2) the decision of the Maslikhat of the city of Semey dated October 5, 2016 No. 6/49-VI "On amending the decision of the Maslikhat of the city of Semey dated March 18, 2015 No. 38/211-V" On the approval of tariffs for the collection, removal and disposal of municipal solid waste in the city of Semey" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4722, published in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form on November 10, 2016, in the newspapers "Semey tany", "Vesti Semey" dated November 11, 2016 No. 90).
3. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after its first official publication.
